At pickup, the driver scans your parcel and takes a pickup photo (attached to the tracking record). During transit you can follow the delivery live on the map. On delivery, the driver captures a proof-of-delivery photo — either a signature, a photo of the parcel at the door, or a hand-off shot to the recipient — and the tracking notification confirms it's done.
